Hunt for the Jadeite Orb
Buy the Jadeite Orb at Ibrahim's Scrap Store in Checkpoint Rest Town. For both hand-in rewards, give Offulve a forgery and reserve the original for Everard's appraisal.
Find the orb and prepare the hand-ins
- Reach Checkpoint Rest Town after Seat of the Sovran. Offulve approaches you in town; speak to Everard as well to hear the competing request.
- Go directly to Ibrahim's Scrap Store. PowerPyx documents a 7,500 G orb purchase; bribing a Vernworth prisoner for the shop location is optional.
- Before surrendering the original, commission a forgery. The older guide lists 2,000 G and advises allowing two days before collecting it; check the displayed shop terms.
- Give Offulve the imitation and Everard the genuine orb. Accompany Everard to Ibrahim and wait for the original to pass inspection.

Avoid a failed appraisal
Everard checks the orb; Offulve does not. Giving the imitation to Everard creates an avoidable deception branch. The simple two-reward route needs no appraisal bribe because Everard receives the original.
Helping Offulve with the original is a valid choice, but it leaves only the imitation for Everard unless you acquire another genuine copy. The two-reward forgery route deceives Offulve even though it completes his request.
