Saint of the Slums
Help Elena at the Gracious Hand, then investigate Lubomir's suspicions. Secure the records and medicine, obtain Radcliff's analysis, and grab Elena to arrest her.
Trigger and medicine request
Visit the Gracious Hand in the Vernworth slums after reaching the capital. Watch the argument outside, then speak to Elena and offer help. If the scene is absent, progress local quests and revisit instead of attacking the staff.
Bring Elena three Miasmite, obtained from Phantoms outdoors at night. Follow her inside after delivery. Speak to Lubomir, then Lottie outside, and report her information back to Lubomir.
Evidence and arrest
- Enter the basement sickroom at night, when Elena is not blocking the route. Pass through the curtain to the supply room.
- Take Records of Treatment from the shelf and Unlabeled Medicine from the table. Show both to Lubomir.
- Find former patients Bruno and Jehan near Walter's Tavern. Bruno points to a secret meeting: witness it at the marked Common Quarter location at night.
- Take the medicine to Radcliff in Checkpoint Rest Town. Wait a day and return for his analysis.
- Return to the Gracious Hand with the evidence and grab Elena to apprehend her.
Outcome and precautions
The published completion reward is 1,600 XP and 11,000 G in the older PowerPyx guide. Capcom increased some quest rewards on June 10, 2026; use that figure as historical context, not a current guaranteed payout.
Keep the medicine for testing rather than selling it. Collect the documents, witness account, and test result before the arrest. Completing the arrest is not proof that every patient is safe afterward; check the clinic's follow-up dialogue.
